Window glass whether broken or not, is non-recyclable and cannot be placed in your recycling bin.
Windows and mirrors can be collected through a hard rubbish collection (securely wrapped in cardboard marked 'glass').
Items can be dropped off to a local Transfer Station / Tip.
Waste Education tip: If a glass item was purchased with food or drink in it, it can be recycled. Non-food grade glass can be heat treated or made of complex materials and cannot be recycled.
