Chelsea Trader Parking Permit Waiting List

By submitting this form, you will be placed on a waiting list for a Chelsea Trader Parking Permit.  

You will be contacted by a Council Officer when a Trader Parking Permit becomes available to purchase.  

Trader permits will only be issued to businesses and their staff operating within the Chelsea shopping precinct.  There will be a maximum of four (4) permits for any business.  If there is an excess demand, this number may be reduced. Permits are transferable within a business.

A fee of $302.25 (GST exempt) is applicable for each Chelsea Trader Parking Permit, noting that this fee is charged on a pro-rata basis.  This fee increases each year in line with the CPI.
