Advertised planning applications
Advertised plans are available for viewing for applications that are currently on public notification.
These documents have been copied and made available for the purpose of the planning process as set out in the Planning and Environment Act 1987. The information must not be used for any other purpose. By taking a copy of these documents you acknowledge and agree that you will only use the documents for the purpose specified above and that any dissemination, distribution or copying of documents is strictly prohibited.
To ensure that adequate notification of applications occur over the Christmas and New Year period, Council will be extending the advertising of applications during this time.
Accordingly, the last day that Notice of Application signs can be erected on site is Monday, 02 December 2024.
If you wish to have your application advertised before this cut off date all requested information, to enable the assessment of the application, must be received by (and to the satisfaction of) the Planning Department no later than Monday 18 November 2024, which will give us adequate time to prepare all advertising documentation.
Should all requested information be submitted after Monday, 18 November 2024, applications will be advertised for 28 days excluding public holidays. No new advertising will be undertaken from the 20 December 2024 to 8 January 2025.
The standard fourteen (14) day notification period will recommence on Thursday 9 January 2024.
