Formally known as Tarella Road Reserve, Woolepe Bushland Reserve is one of Kingston's newest bushland reserves, located within a residential pocket of Chelsea. This small pocket of indigenous vegetation is home to 11 locally significant species – two of which are endangered in Kingston.
In order to protect the vegetation, the reserve is a 'No Dog Zone'. There is signage onsite advising the public of the regulations at the reserve.
You can find an off-leash dog park just 1.5km away from Woolepe Bushland Reserve, at Bicentennial Park in Chelsea, one of more than 30 off-leash dog parks in Kingston.
Woolepe Bushland Reserve is home to one of our environmental working bee programs. The working bees are a great way people and make a positive impact in your local environment, join in for an enjoyable day out in nature.
