The Third Avenue Reserve is a small, fenced landscaped park with grassy area, garden beds, drinking fountain, shelter, and a variety of play equipment.
The playground had a large wooden combination structure, with shop front, climbing wall, and slide, with separate climbing bars and four-person see-saw springer.
