The Mentone Foreshore playground is located next to the Mentone Life Saving Club on Beach Road in Mentone.
Climb the wooden play structure inspired by driftwood shacks for great views across Port Phillip Bay and enjoy the cubby, climbing net, slide pole, pommel climb, steering wheel, and music panel. Underneath the cubby, there is a seat, shopfront, and abacus. There are also toddler and junior swings, an accessible swing and a spinner.
The play structure roof and trees will shade the playspace and picnic areas throughout the day. The space also features multiple garden beds planted with indigenous species.
There are several opportunities for socialising, including picnic tables, grass areas, a BBQ, and seating overlooking the bay. There are also bins, bike racks, and a drinking fountain with a dog bowl for your furry friends. Parking is available at the Mentone Life Saving Club and along Beach Road.
