Elder Street South Reserve is a 4-hectare former landfill site rehabilitated into parkland, expanding our Chain of Parks.
The reserve features an activity zone with outdoor exercise equipment, a multi-functional sports court, a shared path network for pedestrians and cyclists and an ‘adventure woodland’ nature play area.
The inviting open space includes expansive lawn areas, native grassland, grassy woodlands and beautiful landscaped gardens.
The site is also home to a stunning mural titled Flight Paths by Melanie Caple.
Facilities include picnic areas, seating, shelter, toilet and water facilities. There is a car park available off Elder Street South.
