Council meetings Council meetings are held on the fourth Monday of each month. Planning Committee meetings are held on the third Wednesday of each month. All meetings start at 7pm and take place in the Council Chamber located at 1230 Nepean Highway, Cheltenham. Meetings are live streamed.
