Councillors
The City of Kingston has 11 wards, each represented by one Councillor who is elected every four years by the community.
The Mayor is elected each year by the Councillors.

Cr Oxley runs a local Kingston-based homewares business with skills in finance, marketing, and HR management. She enjoys playing basketball and walking her dog Banjo at the beach and the wonderful parks and reserves in Kingston.

As a Snr Tax Manager and experienced Chartered Accountant, Cr Agirtan is keen to serve her community, and ensure better ratepayer value.
With extensive expertise in policy, governance, grassroots campaigning and advocacy, Jane is passionate about making life better for all Kingston residents.

Cr Law talks to and collaborates with a wide range of people, groups and businesses in her professional life and brings those skills to Council.
Cr Law is a proud Mordi local and volunteers with Beach Patrol and Kingston Toy Library.
- ProfileCr Ashworth-Collett, a small business owner, lives in Sandpiper Ward with her family. Her path to council began through placemaking volunteer work with the Edithvale Collective. She prioritises essential services, cares for open spaces, and is passionate about the arts. She volunteers on the Edithvale Life Saving Club committee and strives to build a connected, inclusive community.
- ProfileCr Erevnidis has run a small business and has worked in the education, hospitality, and health industries.
Supporting families, seniors, addressing business-owner concerns, protecting open spaces, listening to residents and community groups are key focus areas for her.
- ProfileOwner of Aspendale Swim School, Cr O’Donnell has also been a volunteer life saver.
Cr O’Donnell is a dedicated supporter of our hard-working business owners and enthusiastic supporter of our lifesaving clubs and local sport.
Developing a happy, healthy community is her priority.
