Councillors

The City of Kingston has 11 wards, each represented by one Councillor who is elected every four years by the community.

The Mayor is elected each year by the Councillors.

Cr Georgina Oxley

Mayor • Longbeach Ward

  • ProfileCr Oxley was first elected to Council in October 2016 and is now serving her third term as Mayor.

    Cr Oxley runs a local Kingston-based homewares business with skills in finance, marketing, and HR management. She enjoys playing basketball and walking her dog Banjo at the beach and the wonderful parks and reserves in Kingston.

    Supporting families, seniors, addressing business-owner concerns, protecting open spaces, listening to residents and community groups are key focus areas for her.

Cr Sarah O’Donnell

Yammerbook Ward

  • ProfileOwner of Aspendale Swim School, Cr O’Donnell has also been a volunteer life saver.

    Cr O’Donnell is a dedicated supporter of our hard-working business owners and enthusiastic supporter of our lifesaving clubs and local sport.

    Developing a happy, healthy community is her priority.
