Cr Ashworth-Collett, a small business owner, lives in Sandpiper Ward with her family. Her path to council began through placemaking volunteer work with the Edithvale Collective. She prioritises essential services, cares for open spaces, and is passionate about the arts. She volunteers on the Edithvale Life Saving Club committee and strives to build a connected, inclusive community.
