This policy ensures that all people who may be vulnerable to financial hardship, regardless of their circumstances, will have options to help facilitate them through their financial hardship.
This policy establishes the guidelines for assessment of financial difficulty or hardship applications based on the principles of fairness, integrity, confidentiality and compliance with statutory requirements.
