Resident experience survey

As part of our commitment to improving the services we provide to you, Kingston City Council has engaged Customer Service Benchmarking Australia (CSBA) to survey community members who have made a recent enquiry or service request.

The survey provides an opportunity for those who respond to provide valued feedback that will assist Council in understanding where we have done well and where we can improve.

If you have contacted Council in the past three months, you may be contacted by CSBA, either by phone or by email, between April and June to seek your involvement in the survey.

Your responses will be entirely anonymous and results will only be reported back to Kingston City Council in aggregate form. Kingston City Council has provided your contact details to CSBA solely for the purposes of conducting this survey.
