Aspendale Senior Citizens

A seniors group providing a very happy atmosphere and showcasing the following activities:

• A weekly concert with a professional entertainer
• Table tennis
• Gentle exercise known as body and balance
• Line dancing
• Ballroom dancing, and
• Chair yoga.

Tea, coffee and biscuits provided with all activities, none of which cost more than $5. Everyone is very welcome.
