Anglo-Indian Australasian Association of Vic

The Anglo-Indian Association was founded in 1971 by Mr Rodney Almeida. The Association is the only Association outside India that provides care for its senior members. Currently there are over 2500 members. This is including current financial members and life members.

The Association is maintained with the help of Association membership fees and fundraising activities.

As well as our regular meeting times we have social gatherings every 3rd Sunday in Oakleigh Hall, Drummond St. At which all members can gather for lunch, games and dancing from 12-5.30pm. Various other functions are held at different times of the month.

Overnight Trips in Victoria, NSW, ACT and other Capital Cities of Australia and overseas trips are part of our current programs and into 2025.

We need to grow our membership base and would like all nationalities to join us to encourage multicultural diversity and promote social cohesion and wellbeing.
