Emergency beach markers
We have installed Emergency Markers(PDF, 780KB) along the Kingston foreshore to help Emergency Services find you. Each marker has a unique code which you should quote if you dial 000.

- Aspendale Foreshore
- Northern end of the foreshore car park of Gnotuk Ave, Aspendale facing the car park
- Southern end of the foreshore car park of Gnotuk Ave, Aspendale facing the car park
- Entry/exit of the foreshore car park of Gnotuk Ave, Aspendale and facing the entry/exit
Carrum
- Carrum Surf Lifesaving Club has 9 CCTV cameras in total, facing the:
- Foreshore
- Children’s playground
- Walkthrough
- In the stairwell
- Station Street, Carrum
- Public toilet block facing the Carrum Bus Interchange
Chelsea
- Bath Street, Chelsea, facing the car park
- 2 CCTV cameras are installed on the Bath street side of the car park at Bath Street, Chelsea, facing the car park
- Bicentennial Park, Chelsea
- 4 CCTV cameras are installed in the Skate Park, giving a 360 degree view of the skate park
- 6 CCTV cameras are installed externally at the Chelsea Sportswomen’s Centre facing the perimeter of the building
- Victory Park, Chelsea
- 3 CCTV cameras are installed on the same pole at Victory Park, Chelsea and cover a 360 degree view of the park
Cheltenham
- Fore Apartments
- 278-282 Charman Road, Cheltenham, and faces the railway walkway abutting the Fore Apartment mural
Moorabbin

Mordialloc

Footage from Kingston's Public Surveillance CCTV Cameras is only available upon request from Victoria Police for the purpose of responding to or investigating a reported crime.
Our CCTV Cameras Code of Practice sets out standards by which the City of Kingston’s Public and Corporate CCTV Program will be conducted.
